Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Bouxury Finds accepts major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle.
Our postal service can take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. We ask that you allow 48 business hours from the time the package was dropped off at your local post office or mail box for the tracking information to update.

Please allow 5 business days to receive your order. Once the package is scanned into the mail stream by USPS, go to My Purchases & Select the order to find tracking for that order.
BFF Members: You have 10 days to return items from upon receipt.
Non-Members: No refunds unless these exceptions:
- Item not as described; with approval
- Item not delivered
BFF Members: Each BFF delivery includes a prepaid return label.
